English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)

COURSE OBJECTIVES:
The ESOL program is tailored for individuals residing or permanently settled in the UK who speak English as an additional language. Designed to enhance independence, these courses focus on developing essential language skills for daily life, employment, and further education.

Starting from Pre-Entry Level for beginners, the program progresses through Entry Levels 1, 2, and 3, and advances to Levels 1 and 2, ensuring a structured path to language proficiency.

COURSE STRUCTURE:
The ESOL program provides comprehensive instruction across the four key language skills:

• Listening
• Speaking
• Reading
• Writing

Participants will also improve their grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation to build confidence in communication.

ASSESSMENT AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Exams will assess your ability across all language skills, and your tutor will guide you on when you are ready to take these assessments.
