Refund policy

You are here

The tuition fees, minus an administrative charge of £350 plus 3% bank charges, will be refunded within 45 days in the event of a visa refusal, provided that the student submits official documentary proof of the refusal. To initiate the refund process, students must also provide a signed consent form confirming that they have not applied for an administrative review.

It is important to note that no refund will be granted if the visa refusal is based on deception, submission of non-genuine or falsified documents, or any false information provided by the student. Additionally, refunds will not be issued if the reason for refusal is within the student’s control, such as failure to meet UKVI financial requirements or failure to provide the necessary supporting documents.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to admissions@uksc.org.uk and finance@uksc.org.uk. Any approved refunds will only be processed to the original fee payer and will not be transferred to a third party.

Once an Unconditional Offer Letter has been issued, tuition fees become non-refundable under any circumstances. If a student decides to withdraw from the College after enrolment, no refund will be provided, and the UKVI will be formally notified. This refund policy is final, and no exceptions or variations will be permitted.

Please note: No variation to this policy is possible. Once an Unconditional Offer Letter is issued, no fees can be refunded. If the student decides to withdraw from the College during the year for any reason, the fees are not refundable under any circumstances and the UKVI will be informed.

UK School of English in London was founded in 2002 and we aim to provide quality English language courses.
